Classic Craft Leather – Terms & Conditions (AGB)

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all purchases made through classiccraftleather.com, operated by Classic Craft Leather (“we”, “us”, “our”), for customers (“you”, “your”) residing in Germany and the European Union.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these T&C.

2. Scope of Application

These T&C apply to all consumer transactions via our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract

  1. Product listings on our website are non-binding invitations to purchase.
  2. By clicking “Buy Now”, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart.
  3. We will confirm your order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we ship the goods or explicitly accept your order.
  4. Errors in ordering can be corrected before checkout by using the correction tools provided.

4. Prices and Shipping

  1. All prices include statutory VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping.
  2. Shipping costs will be displayed before final order submission.
  3. We deliver within Germany, the EU, and other listed regions. Delivery restrictions (if any) are stated on the product page.
  4. Customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside Germany/EU are borne by the customer.

5. Payment

    • We will refund payments (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

    • You must bear the direct cost of return shipping.
    • Goods must be returned in original condition. Deductions may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.

8. Warranty (Gewährleistung)

  1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
  2. If goods are defective, you are entitled to rectification (repair/replacement).
  3. If rectification fails, you may demand a reduction in price or withdraw from the contract.
  4. Warranty period: 2 years from delivery.

9. Liability

  1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act.
  2. For ordinary negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable, typical damages to essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
  3. Further liability is excluded.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

11. Data Protection

  1. We process personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German BDSG.
  2. Data is collected only for order fulfillment, shipping, and payment.

12. Reviews

Customer reviews on our site are voluntary. Unless otherwise stated, reviews are not verified.

13. Dispute Resolution

  1. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable Law

  1. German law applies, excluding UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  2. If you are a consumer and have habitual residence in another EU country, mandatory consumer protection laws of that country remain unaffected.

15. Final Provisions

  1. If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the remainder shall remain effective.
  2. Contract language is German. For convenience, translations may be provided, but the German version is binding.
