We at Classic Craft Leather want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in Germany and the EU, you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email: info@classiccraftleather.com within the 14-day period.
  • After notification, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (as far as reasonably possible).
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • If the returned goods show signs of use or damage, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund for loss of value.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from return/refund, except where defective or required by law:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@classiccraftleather.com with order details and photos.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases and provide either a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
